WinCati Mixed Mode is a commercially available software system for creating and administering telephone, online, and telephone/online mixed-mode surveys. In this session, the president of Sawtooth Technologies will address what mixed-mode interviewing is and why use it, how to create a mixed-mode questionnaire, how to create a sample database, how to execute and monitor the progress of a mixed-mode survey, what the telephone and online versions of a mixed-mode survey would look like, and how to export data for analysis.
