Chair Announcement

Old Dominion University's College of Business and Public Administration is pleased to announce the creation of The Robert M. Stanton Chair in Real Estate and Economic Development.

The $4.5 million endowed chair will bring national recognition to the university's real estate program, support the college's focus on economic development, and provide student scholarships and internships. The college's Center for Real Estate and Economic Development provides information and resources for the Hampton Roads real estate and economic development communities in their quest to improve the regional economy through job creation and investment.

Established in 1961, Old Dominion University's College of Business and Public Administration enrolls more than 3,000 students in nine undergraduate and eight graduate degree programs. Housed in Constant Hall with more than 90,000-square-feet of wireless office, classroom, and computer lab space, the college has more than 80 faculty members and 20 full-time staff. The college is accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business in general business and accounting and by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration for its urban studies and public administration degree programs.
