Best Paper, Publications, & Individual Awards

AUBER award entries are open now until August 1!

These awards are open to all AUBER members in good standing. Recipients will be announced during the 2025 Fall Conference in Missoula, Oct. 4-7.

Submit your center’s publication or website for an Award of Excellence, or submit your scholarly paper for the Paul Polzin Prize for Best Paper.

Nominate an outstanding individual for the Fellow of AUBER Award or the prestigious R. Thayne Robson Award. You can also recommend an individual (active or retired) for Honorary Membership.

View guidelines for details. All entries must be submitted by August 1, 2025. Award recipients will be announced at the 2025 AUBER Fall Conference. All entrants are expected to attend.

Print Publications Category—Please complete the online entry form and either upload or email a PDF (or ZIP folder of several PDFs) or physically mail a printed copy of your publication to each of the three judges listed below. Entries should be postmarked by August 1, 2025.

Please note, the print award was not given in 2024. Therefore, the print award recipients for 2023 & 2022 will serve as judges for the 2025 print category.
