economic research centers

Conferences

AUBER’s annual conferences feature sessions on emerging topics in business, economics, and public policy and allow attendees to connect and network with economic research leaders from peer institutions. At the conferences, attendees discuss the latest research, projects, and studies that might be relevant in their own states.

Don’t miss the opportunity to discuss cutting-edge research and communications strategies, meet new people, and discover new opportunities!

2024 Fall Conference

Oct. 19-22, 2024 • Boise Centre & The Grove Hotel • Boise, Idaho

Mark your calendar for our 77th annual conference! Boise is a lively metropolitan area bordered by the Boise foothills and the Owyhee Mountains. The Boise River cuts through downtown and is lined by plentiful trees. With luck, the leaves will be in full color during our October conference!

Boise is a cultural hub for gastronomy, museums, theatre, music, and festivals. It is also home to one of the largest Basque communities in the United States. The Basque Block is a five-minute walk east of our conference hotel, The Grove Hotel.
