AUBER Gathers in Boulder for 1st In-Person Conference Since the Pandemic

From amazing keynote speakers and sessions, to a reception on the sunny rooftop deck at the University of Colorado overlooking Boulder’s spectacular mountains and then on to dinner at Chautauqua (located at the base of the Flatirons), we will likely remember the Spring 2022 Conference for years to come!

It was great to see our friends and colleagues in person after having to move our conferences online over the past two years. In fact, the Boulder conference was originally scheduled for Fall 2020, but AUBER had to postpone it twice due to the pandemic. It turns out, it was worth the wait!

The conference venue was the historic Boulderado Hotel in downtown Boulder, and the theme was “Relaunching the Decade: Supporting Innovation and Our New American Economy.”  The conference brought together economists and researchers from universities all over the U.S. who shared the latest research and examined key topics in business, economics, and public policy.

Thank you to our wonderful conference hosts –  the Business Research Division at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder – for hosting us in your beautiful city. Famous for spectacular mountain views, high tech, advanced science laboratories, and outdoor recreation, Boulder is also known for being one of the top foodie towns in America. AND conference attendees had plenty of opportunities to sample the delicious local dishes served at meals throughout the conference. As usual, the hospitality suite was open every night for plenty of fun, networking, and telling “ghost stories” about the supposedly haunted hotel.

Thanks, again for joining us in Boulder!  See you in Pensacola Beach, October 15-18, 2022.
