CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration is available online until Friday, September, 18, 2026, for all attendee types: members, nonmembers, students, and guests.
- All attendees (including presenters) must be registered for the conference.
- The pre-conference workshop on spatial analysis (presented by Esri) is a separate add-on to the conference ticket.
- Student registration *includes* admission to the pre-conference workshop on spatial analysis.

HOTEL BOOKING
Attendees should use the AUBER reservation link by Friday, September 18, 2026, to book your room at the AUBER group rate (unless sold out).
- The Courtyard Marriott Boston Downtown (Tremont St.) sits across from Tufts Medical Center and offers easy access to Boston Common, Fenway Park, TD Garden, the theatre district, and Chinatown.
- The AUBER Conference (Oct. 17-20) overlaps with the Head Of The Charles Regatta, a 3-day rowing competition (Oct. 16-18), so hotel rooms are limited!

TRANSPORTATION
From Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), you have several options to get downtown:
- Taxi — Look for “Ground Transportation” and “Taxi” signage.
- Rideshare (Lyft & Uber) — Available only in the designated pickup areas outside airport terminals.
- Car Rental — Ride the Massport Shuttle to the airport’s Rental Car Center.
- MBTA Subway — Ride the Massport Shuttle to the MBTA Subway Station. Transfer from Blue Line to Orange Line. Trip fare $2.40.
- MBTA Bus — The Silver Line SL1 bus loops around the airport before heading downtown. Transfer from SL1 to SL4 at South Station. Note: Trips from the airport to downtown are free on the Silver Line, but return trips to the airport cost $2.40.
